Houses

All children are allocated to one of our four Houses – Blackdown Exmoor, Mendip and Quantock, with siblings always going into the same house. The Class Dojo system is used by the staff to give positive reward points. At the end of each week, Class Dojo points are praised in our Celebration Assembly. The House with the most Dojo points are rewarded with a non-uniform day, every half term. The Houses ensure every child belongs and has a sense of worth, through participation.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance pupil engagement, we have created new logos for our house point teams. These vibrant and dynamic logos represent the unique qualities and values of each house point team. We believe that these new designs will inspire our children to take greater pride in their teams and foster a deeper sense of belonging whilst motivating them to strive for excellence in all areas of school life.
