Concerns or Complaints

We place a high value on our partnerships with parents and the wider community.

As a school, we value the communication that we have with our parents and the support that it provides in developing our pupils. The flowchart below has been designed to support effective communication between school and our families. It is a tiered approach which aims to support both parents and staff and allow the opportunity to resolve concerns efficiently and effectively. We endeavour to respond to any queries or concerns with 48 hours.

Class Teachers

Your child's class teacher should be contacted in the first instance. They can help you with routine issues or concerns about your child’s learning and progress.  To get in touch with one of them please email the school at office@wellesleypark.bep.ac or telephone 01823 668476.

Senior Staff

The Senior Leadership Team and Headteacher should be contacted for issues not resolved satisfactorily after all other channels have been followed.
